WANTED: Height Adjustable C Table

looking for a height adjustable c shaped table for sides of beds or couches. I need the kind that has long bottom bars that go under the bed/couch for stability. Needs to have wheels, needs to have lower shelf(ves) for storage. Not picky on if it has USB/outlet attachments, but that would be nice. Budget for this is around 50$, some wiggle room if it's exactly what i'm looking for.
