I am looking for a reliable compact SUV (perfect find would be a 8-12 year old car with low mileage, Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, or Honda) and may offer more than the dealership for your old car. Dealerships pay below market value for used cars and then charge over market for the new car, so you lose money twice by trading-in vehicles at a dealership.
