I am an IT worker and I very recently suffered a CAT-astrophic hardware failure (feline-induced, for those not faniliar with insider lingo), and now I have found myself without a means to search the internet for nore cat pictures while pretending to listen to my boss.
I can probably take my way through a day, maybe two, through clever usage of verbal beeping sounds and fabricating an increasingly inane series of unlikely-but-not-impossible excuses.
If I wasn't laughing l, I'd be crying, so don't mistake my weak attempts at humor to mean this isn't a dire issue. I really do, badly, desperately need a new machine ASAP. I can pick it up anywhere around the area, I have a vehicle and can do whatever it takes whenever I need to in order to make this work.
So please, if you have the ability to help me get back to work and continue being self-reliant, I would greatly appreciate the assistance and will do whatever I am able to in order to make this work.
