It is a woodsy style home and is a center for outdoor and cultural activities. Skiing (Jiminy Peak, Butternut, or Catamount) is close by and cultural attractions, (Tanglewood, National Music Center, Aston Magna) are equally convenient. You can fish, swim, boat, or hike right from the property or just lounge on the deck or the dock and enjoy the sun or sunset. The area is also always a hit with seasoned antiquers. Some of the best shops in the area are just around the corner from our rental. We are also a great location for before, during, or after your winning streak at the new Springfield MGM casino, only about 40 minutes away.
The house is right on Round Pond, it's a wooded, semi-remote area with a few other houses around, but not too visible. The lake is very clean, nice to swim in, and good fishing. It has a large dock with swim ladder, and a rowboat is available for your use.

We welcome children to our house. Dogs are allowed too, but, there is a small extra fee for bringing them.
