Sovereign Builders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sitework Foreman/Supervisor to oversee daily field operations and assist with sitework, grading, excavation, utilities, and general site preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise sitework crews and daily field operations
Read plans, perform layout, and use GPS/rover equipment
Complete daily field reports
Oversee grading, excavation, utility work, and site preparation
Operate heavy equipment as needed, including loaders, dozers, and excavators
Maintain jobsite safety standards
Coordinate materials, equipment, and daily work activities
Requirements:
3+ years of sitework or foreman experience
Strong grading, excavation, and layout skills
Experience operating heavy equipment, including loaders, dozers, and excavators
GPS/rover experience preferred
Ability to lead and coordinate a crew
Valid driver’s license
OSHA 10 required
CDL is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
$40–$45 per hour, commensurate with experience
