Growing bathroom remodeling company based out of Springfield is looking for experienced subcontractors/installers for steady year-round work. We specialize in everything from small bathroom updates to full bath remodels.
Competitive pay per completed job. (Service calls are typically the only hourly work.)
Looking for experience with:
Baseboard & finish trim
Light drywall / mud work
LVP flooring
Shower door installation
Light electrical
Basic plumbing (vanities & toilets)
Bonus if experienced with tub/shower installs
Due to the size of most bathrooms, projects are best suited for an installer working independently or with 1 helper.
Requirements:
Own tools
Reliable transportation (pickup truck, work van, or trailer setup)
Professional appearance & work ethic
Strong English communication skills
Dependable and detail-oriented
