Looking for a place to learn a real trade, build something tangible, and be part of a crew that actually has your back?
We’re a family-owned GC that runs like a tight band of brothers, high standards, straight talk, real camaraderie, and the occasional ball-busting (never mean-spirited). We do clean, professional commercial work and we take pride in teaching the next generation how to do it right.
If you’re a motivated, hands-on learner who shows up early, listens well, and wants a career (not just a job), you’ll fit in here.
What you’ll do when you start (Day-1 impact)
You won’t be “just a helper.” You’ll be part of the crew from day one.
• Work alongside experienced carpenters on clean commercial projects: layout assistance, blocking/backing, framing, drywall, trim/millwork, doors/frames/hardware, punch-list
• Learn to read construction drawings (we’ll teach you how to understand what you’re looking at)
• Keep job sites safe, organized, and inspection-ready (ICRA basics when working in active facilities)
• Handle material staging, tool prep, cleanup, and quality control
• Learn how a professional site actually runs—pace, communication, accountability
• Bring hustle and curiosity: ask questions, anticipate needs, take pride in the work
What you’ll learn & grow into (Career Path)
This is a long-term growth track, not a dead-end role.
• Solid commercial carpentry fundamentals (the right way, not shortcuts)
• How to work efficiently with a crew and earn trust
• Layout basics, sequencing, and quality standards
• Exposure to project management tools like Procore (we teach this)
• How healthcare and occupied-space work is planned and executed safely
• Leadership fundamentals like communication, responsibility, and decision-making
Over time, you’ll be developed into a Journeyman Carpenter and, if you want it, a Working Foreman.
Clear path for growth (no guessing games)
• 0–6 Months: Learn our standards, tools, and workflow. Become a reliable, productive crew member.
• 6–12 Months: Take on more responsibility work on independent tasks
• 12–24 Months: Advance toward Journeyman / Lead Carpenter responsibilities.
• Long-term: Opportunity to step into Working Foreman with pay increases tied to real milestones.

The culture (this matters to us)
We’re family-owned, and we take that seriously. We want people we respect, trust, and can get along with... we all spend a lot of time together. We believe in doing good work with good people, teaching the trade properly, and building careers, not burning people out.
If you want to learn, work hard, and be proud of what you build, we want to meet you.
