We are seeking a skilled and versatile < PERSON> to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in carpentry, construction, and remodeling, with experience in different trades such as framing (wood and metal) drywall, painting finish work etc. This role involves working on diverse projects including new builds, renovations, restorations, and repairs across commercial and institutional sites. The qualified person will be responsible for executing tasks with precision, adhering to safety standards, and contribute to high quality craftsmanship in a fast passed environment. Must be self motivated and able to complete tasks with little direction. Most of our work is in a college setting so applicant must be neat, personable and presentable at all times. Drivers License and transportation, hand tools, Osha 10 certification, a must.
