What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF RECENT PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge: Must have proficiency in complete brake system diagnosis and repair including lines and calipers, suspension and steering components such as struts, ball joints, and tie rods, performing 4-wheel alignments, cooling system repairs including radiators, thermostats, and water pumps, charging and starting system testing and replacement for alternators and starters, engine tune-ups including spark plugs and coils, valve cover and oil pan gasket replacements, A/C system evacuation and recharge, tire mounting and balancing including TPMS service, fluid exchange services, intermediate diagnostics using scan tools to interpret live data and fault codes, and basic electrical troubleshooting using a multimeter to test fuses, relays, and voltage.
- Tools: Must have your own set of professional-grade tools.
- Attitude: A self-starter who takes pride in their work and can work independently without micromanagement.
- Credentials: ASE Certifications are a plus, but real-world experience matters most to us.
Responsibilities:
- Perform digital inspections and diagnose customer concerns accurately.
- Execute repairs efficiently and to factory specifications.
- Communicate clearly with the service writer regarding vehicle needs (no guessing games).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
