I've had is hanging as garage art for years, as I don't have 10,000 pound items I need to weigh.
The dial measure 12" across. Height from top of dial to bottom of hook is 26". It is also heavy,
I would estimate 30-40 pounds. I can weigh it if that is an important point to you.
