Bedroom available for rent. The bedroom is for single occupancy only and is in the 2nd floor apartment of the two-family I own and live in. I live in the second floor apartment as well. The Room is 12' x 10'. The total living space of the apartment is approx. 1640 sq ft. The home is very nice and well-kept. Please only be drug free and responsible.
$850/month includes heat and hot water. The electric utility is split between roommates. This is in case someone prefers to keep their A/C or extra heater at a higher level, that's all.
Me... I'm a 40 year old straight white male, I work full-time, and stay pretty active.
