1968–1974 Chevy Nova (X-Body): It is a 100% bolt-on replacement.
1967–1969 Pontiac Firebird: While the Firebird is an F-Body, many 1967–68 Firebirds used this exact spacer height to keep the Pontiac-specific sway bars leveled.
1971–1974 Buick Apollo / Olds Omega / Pontiac Ventura: These "corporate" X-bodies share the Nova subframe and will accept.
The "A-Body" Connection (Chevelle, GTO, 442)
Interestingly, the 2-3/8" is the standard height for many 1964–1972 GM A-Body cars.
