The price is correct. This thing does both Video and Still photos. It comes with the battery and charger with the USB cable. The 2 page owners manual also is there. You will need a regular memory card though it does not come with it. Be aware of the tiny buttons that love to test your patience. I will offer you an adapter for free with it if you only have the micro card like the ones cell phones use. The camera is capable for up to 32 Gigabytes of support.
