I’m a psychotherapist in private practice, with a charming little office on North Maple Street in Florence. I use my office a few weekday mornings, a few weekday evenings, and Saturday mornings each week. I’m interested in subletting the space to another renter who’s work schedule lines up with mine.

The space is best suited for other therapists or providers, or someone in an administrative work-from-home role who needs a quiet space to get work done.

The office is on the second floor of the building, without elevator access. It is 12 ft by 8ft and there is a decent sized closet for storage.

The building includes a private parking lot in back for tenants, a shared waiting room, a bathroom and a copy machine. All utilities (heat and air conditioning, electric and internet) are included in the monthly price.
