We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Garage Operations and Customer Service Manager to oversee daily operations at our parking facility. In this vital role, you will ensure smooth traffic flow, excellent customer service, budgeting, book keeping and facility maintenance oversight. Your leadership will create a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team while maintaining high standards of service and safety.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily parking operations, including vehicle flow, equipment oversight , and safety protocols
Perform general bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Experience using various computer applications/systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite).
Manage cash handling procedures, including cashiering duties and reconciliation of daily transactions
Ability to learn internal programs for parking management, access control, and security.
Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance utilizing both verbal and written skills.
Conduct regular inspections of the garage to ensure cleanliness, safety standards, and proper signage are maintained
Implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance the customer experience
Identify all procurement and vendor service needs of the garage.
Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
Ability to react in an emergency and problem-solve quickly.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on the needs to the business.
OSHA certification a plus.
Must possesses a valid state-issued driver’s license and pass a background check.
