The Trauma Institute & Child Trauma Institute is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to join our team.
The Intake Coordinator serves as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients and helps guide them through the therapy intake process. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, gathering and entering intake information, coordinating next steps, and supporting the administrative flow of the intake process.
This is a busy, detail-oriented position that requires strong organization, careful follow-up, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. The Intake Coordinator will use a customer relationship management database to track the intake process, while supporting clients during what may be a stressful or vulnerable time. You will work closely with our clinicians.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to multitask are essential. The ideal candidate will be warm and professional by phone, organized, patient, and comfortable helping clients navigate the intake process.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health records is strongly preferred. Experience with Monday.com and a clinical background would be a plus.
This is a 40-hour-per-week remote position, although in-person work may be possible for someone in the Northampton, MA area.
