Rare Forms is a design-build company based in Easthampton, Massachusetts, focused on building high-performance, net-zero homes using healthy, low-impact materials. We specialize in bio-based construction, including our own straw-insulated structural panel system. We care deeply about how buildings affect the people who live in them and the world around us.
We are looking for a Project Manager to guide projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is less about swinging a hammer and more about creating clarity, structure, and an excellent experience for our clients and team.
If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator, we can teach you the building science. What we cannot teach is follow-through, emotional intelligence, and ownership. Those need to come naturally to you.
WHY WORK WITH US?
We see employees as people first. We aim to pay fairly, respect your time, and support your growth. We are a small, collaborative team working to redefine how homes are built in a climate-constrained world.

This position averages 40 hours per week. We value balance and sustainable pace.

70k+ Salary based on experience.
Benefits:
-15 days flexible paid time off, increasing with time
-5 paid holidays
-401(k) with 3 percent company contribution
-Profit sharing
-Flexible schedule
-Training and continuing education allowance
