We’re looking for a dependable, organized receptionist to support a busy construction office.
This role is ideal for someone who can manage incoming calls, keep schedules organized, and help maintain steady communication between customers, crews, and the office — all without needing constant direction.
You’ll be the first point of contact, helping keep things moving smoothly throughout the day.

• have experience answering phones in a busy office environment
• are comfortable handling customer communication and basic scheduling
• stay organized while managing multiple tasks at once
• have strong computer literacy (required) — including email, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is a plus
• communicate clearly and professionally
• take initiative and stay on top of responsibilities without constant direction

What the role looks like day-to-day:
• answering and directing incoming calls
• scheduling appointments and supporting crew coordination
• communicating with customers and relaying job updates
• assisting with invoices, payments, and data entry using office systems
• helping keep office operations organized and on track
• supporting ownership and team with day-to-day needs
This is not a slow-paced front desk role.
It’s active, hands-on, and important to how the business runs.
