Area manufacturer is seeking a Client Services Representative. In this role the candidate would not only be assisting customers with inquiries and orders; but will also be collaborating with the sales department, production departments, and other management teams throughout the company. Responsibilities will include order entry, quoting, expediting, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and relaying information to the necessary departments. While the primary function of a Client Services Representative is to assist our customers as needed within the Customer Service department individuals will also be asked to perform other office duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to multitask, be proficient in MS Word and Excel and have at least 3 years of Customer Service or Administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or call center environment. In addition candidates should have strong communication skills, as well as a courteous and professional phone demeanor, and be able to work well in a fast paced & demanding environment.
