The 3203 is considered a “sleeper” amp, known for its great Marshall crunch tone and surprising versatility. It is a hybrid amp, with a solid state preamp, EL 34s for the output stage and a 12AX7 phase inverter. It delivers classic Marshall sound at a club friendly volume. Good clean channel as well and can cover a lot of different musical genres.

It’s a sleeper because the addition of solid state for Marshall at the time, was too much! However, these have become highly prized amps now.

The condition is essentially new old stock and in perfect working order. Original owner and I probably have less than 20 hours on the amp.
