Used Conn Alto sax from 1990's hasn't been used in 20+ years. Has hard shell case. Likely needs to have some pads under keys replaced. Dent in bottom of bell but that is only problem- and does not impact function and it not very noticeable since it is on the bottom of instrument.

You can buy the pads to replace yourself and save a bunch of money online.
