Maccaferri sold their molds for making their famous Islander Ukulele to Carnival in 1969, who used the same molds to make these ukuleles under the Tunetown name till the late 80s. This one is new in the original package, and judging by the bridge is an early seventies version. These are known for their tone and playability as well as being waterproof. Cool original packaging.
