Purchased and installed it only to have to take it out 15 minutes later.. It wouldn't fit our log wall correctly without altering the logs..
But it will fit normal home construction just fine.
Lockset area is virgin with no holes .. the casing itself has the usual mounting screw holes in the typical spots
If I recall correctly, this door is high-impact wood-grain fiberglass over wood framing/blocking with foam insulation core.. The door is heavy but it does not appear to be a painted steel door
Rough-in opening for casing measures 81" high , 37-1/2" wide,
6-7/8" deep
Door itself is 36"W x 78"
