Mayers Enterprise LLC is seeking reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing team in Springfield, MA and surrounding areas. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are ready to work, learn, and grow with our company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks on residential and commercial job sites
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Perform site cleanup and debris removal
Assist skilled trades
Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
Operate basic hand and power tools
Run errands when necessary
Requirements:
Previous construction or labor experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)
Pay range: “$18–$25 per hour depending on experience”
Start immediately
Must have valid driver’s license
Flexible schedule
On-the-job training
Safety equipment provided
