Small nonprofit looking for someone to sand floors. We can take care of staining/refinishing. Very limited budget. Total area about 1100 s.f. Mostly open space plus two bedrooms all in a loft. Might need minor repair to a couple of boards. Come have a look or submit an estimate but please understand we have a very limited budget. Thank you.
