We need someone to gather up the leaves in our yard and pile them in the corner of the yard.
We're not in a hurry for this but we do seem to have a window now and in the next few days as the snow cover has gone away and the wind seems to be drying the leaves pretty quickly.
Our preference is to get an hourly rate as we've gotten some pretty bad work when working with people on a flat rate.
If you do want to quote a flat rate we'll need assurance that the job will be well done, of course.
If you do want to quote a flat rate, it's a 1/3 acre lot (minus the 1300 square foot house) that is completely flat.
Please don't respond asking for pictures --- again, it is a 1/3 acre lot.
