Snow is to be removed whenever at least 3 inches has fallen (or if the property has city sidewalks and there is a city ordinance to clear them, snow can be removed after any accumulation). Each snow removal visit pays $50.
Duties include snow removal from the driveway, sidewalk, and walkway to the house, and salt must be placed on the steps or walkway. Because this work is being done for the mortage lender of the property, you must have a smartphone to take before, during, and after photos of all work performed with an app we provide to show all completed work.
Compensation example:
- 12 properties per day x $50 each property = $600 per day
- 7 days a week x $600 per day = $4,200 per week
- 4 weeks per month x $4,200 per week = $16,800 per month
Payment for work performed is sent by Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, or check every Wednesday for completed work submitted the previous week by Friday.
