The Impact You'll Make
As a Construction Laborer / Pool Builder, you'll be essential to our mission, directly impacting the quality, safety, and beauty of every pool. You will turn empty yards into vibrant spaces, helping create lasting memories for families. This role offers the chance to leave a lasting mark on people's lives and landscapes.
What You'll Do
Assist with all phases of pool construction, including excavation, framing, plumbing, rebar installation, and concrete work.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
Install pool systems such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting to ensure optimal performance.
Work closely with skilled tradespeople to learn advanced techniques and best practices.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
Follow project plans and timelines to help keep builds on schedule.
Support the team in troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site challenges.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related trade (pool building experience is a plus, but not required).
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to communicate effectively.
