YOU DO NOT NEED A PROFESSIONAL LICENSE FOR THIS POSITION. YOU DO NEED A DRIVERS LICENSE.
You will also be required to drive your own vehicle to and from jobs.
We are looking for experienced handymen (with at least 3+ years of experience) for our mid sized property management company and residential in the greater Springfield area. You must have your own tools, vehicle & technical knowledge on most residential repairs. Some basic plumbing and electrical experience is required as well (changing fixtures, replacing, basic troubleshooting, etc).
A passion for your work and a positive attitude are a must. You will be given 40 hours a week (YEAR ROUND) at a competitive rate but rates will vary based on experience and drive. Starting hourly rates between $24 and $32 an hour. Healthcare, 401k, and more.
We have no entry level positions and no general laborer positions - we are looked for skilled and qualified professionals only.
