Peppermint Park Camping Resort (Western Massachusetts) is hiring a seasonal Maintenance Coordinator for May–October 2026. Pay: $18–$24/hour (based on experience). This is a hands-on lead role responsible for daily campground maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep. You’ll coordinate and guide other work campers, assign tasks, prioritize work orders, and ensure projects are completed safely and to a high standard. Duties include basic plumbing/electrical troubleshooting, light carpentry, tool and supply management, and coordinating with vendors when needed.
