Currently looking for a long term rental starting 2/15 or later that's a quiet, private unit, such as:
- A single, free-standing tiny house, cottage, cabin, or converted garage/carriage house
- An in-law apartment, porch house, or other type of semi-detached adu (accessory dwelling unit)
- A duplex
- A more conventional space that's otherwise especially quiet
The unit, ideally, is accessible without a car and not directly off a busy or main road.
Open to Northampton, Easthampton, Greenfield, Turners Falls/Great Falls, Holyoke, and Amherst.
Apartment size, lease renewal style (month-month, yearly, etc), and move-in dates are all flexible; if you have a space meeting the requirements but that doesn't open up until June, for example, please still reach out. Budget: $1850 maximum if heat is included, less if not.
