Hello , I am posting because I am looking for an apartment a studio to a one bedroom my price range is $1,100-$1200 , I am willing to pay up to $1,300 if needed. I am currently going through separation from my spouse and my lease is ending 4/30/2026. I am looking to move 3/01/2026 or 2/28/2026. I work a full time job and bring about $1,800-$1,900 a month. I don’t have good credit because of student loans so I’m having a hard time finding a rental property. I can have a co-signer and pay first , last , and security. Thank you.
