Hello to whomever may come across. I am in desperate need of a three-bedroom. I have been searching for a few months now, but today, unexpectedly, I received a letter from housing stating that my apartment and building have lead in them. I am scared. I have a 19-month old and a 1 month old. Im not asking for alot just for a landlord to give us a chance. I want something safe where my son can play and not have to worry about his things getting destroyed. There are a few things that have to be included:
I have a three bedroom voucher from section 8
It needs to be presented with a lead cert because the kiddos are under 6
And last but not least Ill be honest I have an emotional support animal. Hes a 5 year old basset hound mixed and I had him since he was 8 weeks old. He is all caught up on vaccinations and rabies shots as of March 26. (I have documents) he is also licensed in the town of Ware ma. We are a quiet family we stay to ourselves and just looking for help. My family consists of my husband myself our two little boys and my elderly mother. I need to get away . Please give us a chance.
