You can no longer buy English made high quality water filter candles...they have now been outsourced to India and China.

These are the larger 9” long ceramic filter with granular carbon inside to improve taste.
The ceramic water filters are made in England by Doulton. This type of filter has no moving parts and requires no electricity
Doulton made the very first water filter ever: in 1780 for the queen for her tea.
These water filters effectively last forever as long as you do not drop them.
They are brand new in a sealed Doulton box, each in its own fitted bubble wrap sleeve.
If they clog you run them under clean water abrading the surface with scotch brite pad
Then they work like new again.
It is easy to make your own filter....
You need to supply a couple food grade buckets (I can supply high quality usa made food grade 6g buckets/lids for those wishing to make large capacity home water filters for larger family needs)or use old stainless pots

If you have a large family it might be wise to have 6 or 8 filter candles in one bucket for the maximum flow rate.... for cooking drinking washing hygiene etc.
I keep one of these filters next to my kitchen sink and only drink tap water......tap water that has first gone thru my Water filter.
I never ever drink water straight out of the tap.... in these interesting times we live in....few understand the critical importance of water and merely take it for granted.
