Free Barn for Removal — Large Two-Story Milking Barn (Western MA)
We have a large 1970s two-story milking barn with a big hayloft that we no longer use. The building is in disrepair (broken windows, damaged roofing, etc.) and too large for our current needs.
We’re offering it FREE to anyone who will dismantle it and remove all debris. This is a great salvage opportunity for reclaimed lumber, metal, equipment, and more.

-Built in the early 1970s
-Two-story wood frame construction with hayloft upstairs
-Silos included
Milk equipment included
-Existing plumbing and wiring included
-Leave pads intact (we want all concrete pads and foundation left in place)
-Fiberglass insulation present
-Aluminum roof
-Aluminum interior ceiling with whitewash

Requirements:
You must remove the entire structure and all debris
Must show proof of insurance or sign a liability waiver
All work at your own expense and risk
