Pawpaw is a tropical looking tree that grows delicious fruits.
Pawpaw is North America's largest fruit. The texture of the fruit is like custard and it tastes like a cross between a banana and a mango. Very tropical. The tree is also a larval host for the zebra swallowtail, so if you are looking for a tree that would support pollinators and also provide you with great tasting fruit, pawpaw may be the perfect match.
We grow our trees from the seed of select cultivars. They have been grown in tree pots so they have an extensive root system. Each is at least 12" tall. Many range from 15-17" or more.
These trees are ready for planting and are $30 each.
