I am dismantling an Ariens ST724 snow blower, model number 932022, serial number 008651.
Some matching Ariens models are: 932001, 932004, 932006, 932007, 932015, 932017, 932018, 932019, 932020, 932023. Other Ariens models will match as well, such as the ST824, etc.
This particular model has 4 forward and 1 reverse gear option.
The engine is a Tecumseh 7 horse power (H70 130266L) that starts up, runs okay but needs the choke shaft (plastic, part number 632373 ($5.00)), which I may have, have to look), and needs a new carburetor gasket as there is none at all, part number 31688a, ($ 4.00). Engine is available with or without the electric starter !! You may hear run before purchasing.
I have the auger assembly complete, works as it should: $ 60.00 cash (worm gear part number is 532001, which sells for a minimum of $ 40.00). The auger box itself is no good for use without some work to it.
The wheels on the rims are available, tires hold air but have dry rot. These are the rims that attach via a bolt and nut on inside of the rim axle hub. Very good rims ! Tire size is 4.10-6. These rims are metal ! (SOLD)
Good friction disk with other inner parts in good operable condition !!
Auger cable assembly is available.
Chute assembly with the attaching bracket is in very good condition, missing the gear cover but most likely have 1 to match, need to look.
