Antique Solid Oak Rope Spool Double Bed. The holes and the left over rope indicate that it was a rope bed. Probably dates to sometime between 1850 to 1880. 40.5" tall x 54.5" wide x 78.5" long. Solid oak is in great shape but the bed needs stripping. It was painted at some point, probably to "modernize" it. Stored in a smoke free barn attic/loft.
