We are looking for Reliable Line Cooks with experience on Grill, Fry, Pantry, and/or Pizza stations.
Candidates must have 1.5–2 years of experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
We are a small, close-knit team, so teamwork is essential. Cross-training between stations is a standard in our kitchen and plays a key role in maintaining strong service flow.
Ideal candidates will bring:
- A strong sense of urgency, organization, and cleanliness
- A true team player who communicates well and supports the crew
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the role
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items consistently and accurately
- Maintain station setup, prep, and cleanliness
- Work smoothly through service while managing ticket flow
- Follow food safety and kitchen standards
- Support other stations and teammates as needed
