Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef (Pioneer Valley)

Dynamic restaurant located in 5 college area, seeking experienced and creative chef to lead contemporary, from scratch kitchen. We strive to provide excellent service and food that is imaginative and approachable. This position requires BOH management experience, diverse techniques and ingredients, cost management, and food safety. A casual establishment, we expect management to have some experience in fine dining to ensure the restaurant provides best in class service and food.

In addition to management functions, the Chef will be hands on in the kitchen, exemplifying professionalism, fostering a welcoming and positive workplace for all BOH and FOH staff, and ensuring that all food is executed correctly. With Sous Chef, they will be responsible for training staff, developing specials and menu items, and running service.
