In original box with all accessories. I could not get this to properly work for me, but maybe you'll have better luck. (I could view the camera from the phone app while the phone was also attached to my home WiFi, but could not get alerts or view video captures if I was not attached to the home WiFi. I think this was because of the high security I have set for my home network, and Zumimall support was unwilling to provide the port number(s) the camera uses so that I could try to set up an exception.)
