Engine runs strong, no mechanical issues. Clean NY title. New brakes. New battery.
This van was custom built for a mobile retail concept but never put into use. It sat in a warehouse for 3 years and has been sitting in my garage for 1 year, time to move it (will get cleaner pics up once I have a chance). I've only used it to haul some lumber from Lowe's (fits 16 footers easily!)
It has a large pop up window on the passenger side (gas struts), full glass side door, and full glass rear doors. Completely open interior with roll-out flooring. Blank canvas ready for a food truck, mobile groomer, contractor, camper, or any build-out you want. I've camped in it multiple times. Queen mattress with plenty of room to spare, slept like a king.
Needs a few cosmetic things, in the process of replacing the back door handle, shining it up a bit. But I'm pricing it to move. Once I put a few hours of work into it, I'll re-list it higher on Roaming Hunger or Used Vending.com. KBB on it is $28k.
Get it now for less before I actually put effort into this.
