Reliable Temps Inc. is looking to add a key player to our team! We are seeking a career-minded individual with outstanding communication skills for our Greenfield & Orange, MA location.
The ideal candidate must have top-notch customer service experience, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of professionalism. Individuals must have the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to take direction and follow through. Interested candidates must also have exceptional written and interpersonal communications skills since they will be working closely with job applicants, employees, and hiring managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed.
-Interviewing/Identifying qualified applicants
-Creating job descriptions
-Finding appropriate job placements
-Working directly with HR Managers, Business Owners and other Client Personnel
Proficiency with MS Office preferred. Previous retail, sales, or recruiting experience preferred but not required. Prior HR experience is a definite plus!
