I have tools, equipment, and funds for projects. Return on investment to be negotiable, fixed price, time and materials or percentage.
I have extensive experience in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Project Management, risk management, sourcing, house building, construction, inspection, quality etc. Lean initiatives with reducing waste and time. Product source selection, consultation, acquisition and artificial intelligence AI strategies.
I also bring to the table various tools pipe staging, hand tools, tile saw, shinge cutter, roof strippers, tile saw, table saw, airless paint sprayer, skid steer with grapple and forks and more.
