Project Management, risk management, sourcing, house building construction, inspection, quality etc. Lean initiatives with reducing waste and time. Product source selection and acquisition strategies.
I also bring to the table various tools pipe staging, hand tools, tile saw, shinge cutter, roof strippers, tile saw, table saw, airless paint sprayer, skid steer with grapple and forks and more.
If the collaboration works out I'll welcome investors into a unique project I'm planning to execute this spring. NDAs will be required for this venture.
