I am a SC student and signed a rental starting in June 2026
There are 3 bedrooms, which are semi-furnished presently available.
The rent would come out to be be $625 per person plus utilities,
Great locations just seconds to the campus, in a very nice rental.
You would have to fill out an application with the Landlords, who perform the require references, rental history, and other background checks (not a big deal)
There is plenty of off-street parking, which is hard to find a rental that has that around campus.
The lease starts on or before June 1st, if you want to just roll out of the dorms and into the rental I am sure that would not be a problem. Then, if you are not in the summer program you can leave your stuff at the rental.
