Our cozy accommodation is a peaceful forest-clad dwelling set amidst thousands of acres of pine forest just a few hundred yards from the New Hampshire border, with a private ground-floor entrance leading into a vestibule housing a galley-style kitchenette (dining table, chairs, mobile kitchen console cabinet with countertop cooktop, 2 mini-fridges, microwave oven, air fryer & blender), leading to an adjacent shower-bathroom just down the hallway.

I also highly recommend taking an opportunity to consult with Joseph, as his expertise in healing is a hidden gem in the Pioneer Valley.
"I had the great pleasure of staying at this property for the month prior to my daughter's wedding. It was a comfortable, sweet space that was a great home for me and my little dog during that very busy stay. The property is located on a high ledge in Northfield. The nature and surroundings are magnificent. We stayed during the fall, and there were some mornings it was very crisp; the space was cozy and toasty comfortable.
Our host was very professional and on top of any questions I had regarding the space, taking care of any minor concerns. He was also helpful in me getting my bearings in the region., recommending local restaurants, co-ops and other sites I might enjoy. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to relax or explore the region. I plan on making another stay very soon.

Reservation/Rental of the Haven is secured by the transfer of 1st and last month's rental (@ $1500/month) plus 1 month's security($1500) - or a total of $4500, via Venmo, direct Bank Wire Transfer or direct cash transaction)

The accommodation consists of 4 main spaces, an entryway and dining space of approximately 15' x 7', a living/sleeping studio area of 22' by 21', a galley-style kitchenette of 10' x 6', and a bathroom roughly 5' by 6', with a ground floor entrance and exposures on the westward and southward sides,
3. Additionally, there is an attached screened-in patio roughly 20' by 14', suitable for dining, hammock loafing and reclining.
4. In-season use of an attached screened-in patio, as well as surrounding acreage with chairs, benches, trampolines etc.
6. Appliances Thermostat, large fan, baseboard electric heat panels, auxiliary portable electric heater.
7. Garbage Once bagged & tied, garbage & recycling can be placed in one or more of 4 receptacles at the end of driveway for disposal on a weekly basis.

9. Security Simple security - no security issues in the 34 years since residence has existed.
