For a group who can pass a background check and credit check parental guarantees are accepted on a case by case basis I am looking for good quality people ONLY so I dont mind leaving it unoccupied until i get the right fit i am currently doing the repairs on the place for January rental season there are 2 standard rooms one very big one with private stairs
And one small one with a big closet. It is a second floor with 2 small decks $2500 plus utilities approx $25 per person
