Duplex townhouse style apartment will be available at the end of this month. Heat included! I'm offering to cover up to $200 each of the first two months' rent to help make it more accessible. It's 3 bedroom 1 bath, all hardwood floors except the stairs. Has W/D hookups and a bunch of off street parking. Has a basement that's a lil wet but can do storage on some pallets. Gets great light. Also has a three season porch! Great for families and animal lovers to settle in.
It's on a sweet little street in Colrain with good quiet neighbors! It's across the street from a river, an old church with friendly attendees, a big field with wild thyme, and a cute bridge for walks, backs up to the woods, and has heat included in rent. It's a side by side duplex in good shape that I've been fixing up. I'm finishing all the painting before the end of the month so please ignore the in-progress-ness of it all.
