I have a 60 x 120 direct access waterfront canal property on the southern tip of Pine Island (St. James City). Ft. Myers is a half hour drive - half that by boat. It is a 100 Ft wide canal that is a 10 minute boat ride to the intracoastal waterway, Sanibel and the Gulf of Mexico. The property curently has a newly remodeled mobile home on it but this is not in a trailer park. If you wish to remove the trailer now, or sometime in the future, and build a conventional house, zoning will allow it (the property next door has a stick built house on it). There is a 60ft seawall, a small dock and davits. I would like to trade for any kind of property in the Berkshires or will sell outright.
