Looking for 1 to 3 subletters to rent rooms from beginning of January 2010 until end of May 2010. You will be living in the house with 6 or 7 other undergraduate males. Great location off UMass Amherst campus on Phillips Street (right between the center of town and campus). You have the option of living in a single or a double. That is, if you and a friend want to both move in you could each possibly have your own single or if you want to save some money you could share a double. If you're moving in alone you can have a single or we could set you up with someone. The pricing of the rooms depends on whether you live in a single or double, so it can be discussed.
